Company Background
Cosmopolitan is part of a wider ‘Group' headed by our sister company Almondale Investments and collectively we have a portfolio value in excess of £30 million. Almondale is an integral part of the ‘Group' and provides a strong foundation for Cosmopolitan to identify and pursue its targets.
The company was established in the early 1990's and has since grown and developed into a recognised player in the Scottish commercial property market.
