Since the company was founded, by the late Wallace Mercer in 1993, the business has enjoyed a steep growth curve and is continuing to develop a track record for creating imaginative and exciting projects.  Along with our sister company, Almondale Investments, we have amassed a property portfolio worth in excess of £30million. 

Our flagship office development, Innovation Park, and Discovery Terrace, which caters for research and development companies, have proved to be popular and there is more in the pipeline.
