It is my pleasure to introduce you to the website for Cosmopolitan Investments, part of the Almondale Group of companies.

Since the Group was founded by the late Wallace Mercer in 1993, the businesses have enjoyed a steep growth curve, and are continuing to develop a track record for creating imaginative and exciting projects.  Along with our sister company, Almondale Investments, the Group amassed a property portfolio worth in excess of £30million before the global economic crash. 

Over the next few pages you will be able to view our developments both past and present.  You will see why we are continuing to gain a reputation as being niche market players, capable of delivering product in a competitive market place. Despite harsh economic times we have continued to enjoy some letting successes, so please visit the media and news section to check out our latest market activity.
