Over the next few pages you will be able to view our developments both past and present.  You will see why we are continuing to gain a reputation as being niche market players capable of delivering product in a competitive market place. Since our Group was founded by the late Wallace Mercer in 1993 the businesses have enjoyed a steep growth curve and are continuing to develop a track record for creating imaginative and exciting projects.  Along with our sister company, Almondale Investments, we have amassed a property portfolio worth in excess of £30million. 

Our flagship office development, Innovation Park, and Discovery Terrace, which caters for research and development companies, have proved to be popular and there is more in the pipeline.
