Corporate Magazine

During the period between Spring 2001 and Autumn 2005 the Group produced an in-house corporate magazine called 'Solutions'.  It was designed to communicate the current activites of the businesses to the property industry in a relaxed and informative style.

The editorial team included Vic Covey (Chairman of Ten Alps MTD), Ken Houston (Ken Houston Media) and Wallace and Iain Mercer.  Six editions were produced covering a whole range of topics with the inaugural edition promoting Cosmopolitan's Harbour Point development in Musselburgh and highlighting the traffic congestion in the Edinburgh city centre as a reason for relocating to the east of the city. 

The final edition in Autum 2005 was written on the back of continued success at our flagship office development, Innovation Park, and announced the commencement of a further phase of development. Over 100,000 copies of the magazine were produced with 50,000 copies placed in the Scotsman and Herald newspapers respectively.  'Solutions' quickly obtained a reputation for being informative and assisted in raising the profile of the Group to the property fraternity.
