Iain Mercer

Group Managing Director

Iain joined the company in 2001 following a successful spell as a news and sports broadcast journalist in Edinburgh.  He worked alongside his late father, Wallace Mercer, in developing Cosmopolitan but also had an active role in managing Almondale's portfolio of properties.  Iain is now the public face of the company dealing with all matters related to the Group's portfolios and ongoing developments.

Anne Mercer

Group Finance Director

Anne has been working in property related businesses for over 30 years and has seen the Group of companies grow from their infancy.  She has gathered extensive experience in the financial control required in running a sizeable property company with over £30 million of assets. 

Primarily based in our North Berwick office one of her many roles is keeping the tax man and accountants happy!

Lisa McDermott

Head Office Administrator 

Lisa is a lady of many roles in Cosmopolitan's Head Office.  From credit control to tenancy and property management she is the primary contact. 

Lisa is a loyal and valued member of the team who has been with the company since 2003.
